Overview


As another step in its consultation process, the EICP Initiative took a closer look at what stands in the way of, and what encourages, collaboration and/or teamwork among health care providers. To do this, the Initiative hosted a series of task groups with health care professionals, policy makers and health care experts. The Collaboration Toolkit is now available for your reading pleasure.
